Warranty & Return Policy


24 months on the bikes and battery, always starting from delivery date. Standard cover include factory defects in the electric components resulting in failure including: battery; motor; display unit; electric cables; sensors; central unit controller (CPU). The warranty does not cover for any natural deterioration or mechanical “wear and tear”; e.g. natural battery life cycle, or any other mechanical parts, e.g. frame, handlebar, breaks, pedals, gears, tyres, suspensions, and chain. Neither covers for defects resulting from accidents, alteration improper use, abuse, tampering or failure of the customer to comply with the instructions stated in the user manuals provided.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14 days no return policy is applicable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or else, so that we can take the correct action.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sales-special offer items.


We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. After 14 days no exchange policy is applicable. The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, agree with seller on another item.


We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. After 14 days no refund policy is applicable. As for Returns and Exhanges, same condition apply. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method e.g. bank account.
